Shipping & returns

 

We also ship to countries in Europe.

Delivery time
After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation from us by email.
We strive to pack the order within 1 to 3 business days.

Packaging
As we sell many fragile items, we take extra precautions to wrap your products safely. We don’t use any plastic when packing our orders, this to reduce plastic waste.

 

Shipment
All packages are sent from The Netherlands by PostNL. As soon as we have delivered the package to PostNL, you will receive an email from PostNL with the Track & Trace details of the package. With this you can follow it to your door. Shipping time varies between the different European countries, and it can range between 5 to 12 business days.

Not at home?
A package is offered at the door. If nobody is home, it will be often be offered a second time, but not always. If still nobody is home, it will be brought to a depot and the delivery company will contact us for further instructions. Please be aware to fill in your telephone number with your order so that we can contact you for new delivery options.

A package can also be delivered to a work address. Enter this address as the delivery address, other than the home address. 
Please note: it is not possible to deliver to a P.O. box number.

The shipping costs within Europe are calculated upon completion of the order.

For shipment to Norway and Croatia and countries outside of Europe, please contact us by email and we will give you a shipping quote. These are calculated by weight of the order.

Package lost?
If a package has not been delivered within a week after receiving the confirmation from PostNL, please let us know as soon as possible. PostNL will initiate an investigation that takes approximately 14 days. As long as the investigation is ongoing, the package is not officially lost and nothing will be reimbursed.

Changing an order
If you have placed an order and would like to change something in your order, please contact us via info@tablejoy.nl. If we have not yet sent the order, we can see if we can still implement the change.

Returns
We hope, of course, that you are happy with your order. If the purchase is not entirely satisfactory, you can return it to us within 14 days. If we receive the product undamaged and in the original packaging, we will refund the purchase amount. If the entire order returns, the shipping costs will also be reimbursed.
Please note: return shipping costs are for the buyer.

Follow the steps below for returns:

  • Report within 7 days after receiving the order via info@tablejoy.nl that you want to return the order.
  • You will receive a confirmation email from us with a return number.
  • Send the undamaged items within 14 days after the delivery date, in the original packaging, with the enclosed return form to the address below. Do not forget to clearly fill in all the requested information on the return form, otherwise we cannot take care of the reimbursement.

  • After receiving and checking the returned items, we will refund the purchase amount and the shipping costs (of the order) within 14 days. Note that if only a part of the original order is returned, the shipping costs will not be reimbursed.

Damage upon receipt of the order
We ensure that all items are carefully packed for shipment, but it can of course happen that something breaks along the way. If that is the case, let us know immediatly after receipt by e-mail with a photo in the attachment of the broken item in the package. We will contact you and ensure replacement of the item. If the item in question is no longer in stock, we will refund the purchase amount.

Wrong product received
If we have accidentally sent the wrong item or if an item is missing from the order, please send us an e-mail stating the problem. We will ensure that you receive the (correct) item. The return costs are of course for our account. We do need a copy of the return shipping costs to be able to pay it back.
